Common questions

Before you reach out.

A few things we hear often. If your question isn't here, use the form below.

How long does shipping take? Will I receive a tracking number?
Because every piece is hand-made, please allow 1 week to make and prepare for shipment. November and December orders may take closer to 10 days on average. Standard domestic shipping is 4–9 business days after that. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as items are in their original, unworn condition. Please reach out with your order number and we'll take it from there. For made to order items, including sweaters, or custom orders we are unable to accept returns.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes! Custom and bespoke orders depend on current availability and lead time. Please reach out in our contact form below and we'll let you know what's possible!
How do I care for my knitwear?
Hand wash cold with a gentle wool wash, lay flat to dry, and store folded — never hung. With proper care your items will last for years. A full care guide is included with every order.
Are the fibers actually sustainable?
We prioritize 100% natural, biodegradable fibers (Merino wool, alpaca, mohair), and our yarns are dyed with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified low-impact dyes."
Do you offer wholesale?
We do! If you are interested in carrying our pieces in your store or boutique please feel free to use the contact form below.
