Every Archive Knitwear piece is made by hand with care. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read through our policy below — and don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of use, washing, or damage.
To initiate a return, use the contact form on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond as soon as possible with next steps.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Made-to-order items, including all sweaters
- Custom or bespoke orders
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Items that have been worn or washed
We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Because every piece is hand-made in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee the item you want will be in stock.
Reach out before sending anything back and we'll confirm availability first.
All sweaters are made to order and are not available for exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, please feel free to contact us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
